How can I grab a deal?2020-12-15T16:32:58+00:00

As a Salesperson you can grab a deal as follows:

  • To grab a deal, Salesperson A needs to be tagged by a Salesperson B in a deal and Salesperson A needs to confirm if he/she is available to grab the deal.
  • Click on the Deal Sheet button, scroll down to the deal that you want Salesperson A to grab
  • Salesperson B will tag Salesperson A in a comment of the deal with, for example, in the deal, Salesperson B writes @[SalespersonA] can you grab this deal

  • Salesperson A gets the notification (“Salesperson B has tagged you in a deal”)
  • Salesperson A will reply to your comment if he/she is able to grab the deal or not.

  • As a confirmation, Salesperson A will write Grab Deal in the comment and click on the Grab Deal button.

  • Now Salesperson B will get a notification (“Salesperson A has grabbed a deal” )
  • Since Sales Manager has been tagged in the deal from the beginning, he would know that the deal has been grabbed by Salesperson A from Salesperson B.
  • If Salesperson B, who originally started the deal, wants to stay updated on the deal and keep getting notifications from this deal, he/she will continue the conversation with the manager in this deal sheet.

As a Salesperson, you will be able to add videos to your posts:

  • Before this, please read the “How to Add a Post FAQ” and then continue here to learn how to add a video
  • In your profile, click on the My Posts button.

  • In the description section of the post paste the link to your Youtube Video and publish your post. The video will automatically be added to your post and you can play the video in your post without going to Youtube.

To upload your video to YouTube, follow this:

  • After clicking on the Upload Video button, please follow the instructions from YouTube and you will be able to create your channel and start uploading videos.
  • Once you have uploaded your video, visit your channel

  • In your Channel, click on the video that you want to add to your posts

  • Copy the link of the video and paste it into your posts and that’s it.

How can I notify someone? and where can I see my notifications?2020-12-15T16:36:01+00:00

Just like in Social Media(like Facebook & Instagram), you can notify someone by tagging them in a deal discussion: 

  • As a Salesperson, you may want to notify the manager about a new deal/offer that you have started in your deal sheet.
  • In your Deal Sheet tab, in your new offer, you can tag a manager in a comment and the manager will be notified.
  • To tag a user, you just need to know their username (@manager/@salesperson “manager or Salesperson word to be replaced by their username such as @john”)

To see all your Notification:

  • You can see all your notification by clicking on the “Notification” button at the top menu
  • Whenever you get a notification, you will see a “Bell Notification” icon on the bottom right and on the top right beside of profile icon.

NOTE: Please refresh the page before clicking on the notification bell just in case there is any delay due to Internet Connection.

As a Salesperson you can split a deal as follows:

  • To split a deal, you need to tag a Salesperson in a deal and confirm if the Salesperson is available to split the deal.
  • Click on the Deal Sheet button, scroll down to the deal that you want to split
  • Tag the other Salesperson you want to split the deal with in a comment, for example in your deal you write @richard can you split this deal (Richard being the other Salesperson.)

  • Richard gets the notification (“Salesperson has tagged you in a deal”)
  • Richard will reply to your comment if he is able to split the deal or not.

  • As a confirmation, Richard will write Split Deal in the comment and click on the Split Deal button.

  • You will receive a notification (Richard has split a deal with you)
  • Since the sales manager has been tagged in the deal since the beginning, he would know that the deal has been split.
  • If the Salesperson who originally started the deal wants to stay updated on the deal and keep getting notifications from this deal, he/she will continue the conversation with the manager in this deal sheet.

As a Salesperson, you will have a Toolbox button in your profile, which has links to the video call, book service appointment, and more:

  • In your profile, click on the Toolbox button.

  • Scroll down to see the links to video call and book service
  • If a customer is requesting a video call, click on the Copy button and paste the link in the chat with the customer and ask them to click on it to start the video call.
  • If the customer wants to book a service appointment, copy and send them the book service link.

How do I complete the trade-in form and where does it go?2020-12-18T18:09:36+00:00

As a Salesperson, you will be filling in the trade-in form:

  • While you are on chat with a customer, right-click on the Trade-in Form button & open it in a new tab.

  • Now on one tab you will be on chatting with the client getting all the details and on the other tab you just opened, you will be copy-pasting the details from the chat to the trade-in form.

  • At the bottom of the trade-in form, you will be able to upload vehicle images sent you by the customer.
  • Select your name from the dropdown and click the Send button.
  • You and the manager will receive the email with all the info.

How do I set up a test drive with a client?2020-12-18T18:13:05+00:00

As a Salesperson you will be able to book a test drive for the customers:

  • There are two ways clients can approach you to book a test drive
  • #1 – while you are on a chat
  • If you are be on a chat with a customer already and they ask you to book a test drive, do the following:
  • Open the test drive page on the new tab by right-clicking on the Book Test Drive button to open it in a new tab.

  • While chatting with the client on the other tab, ask them questions about the info that you need to fill in the test drive form and click on Submit.

  • #2 – without being on a chat
  • The customer clicks on the 1-click test drive booking button.
  • You will receive a text and email message with the client’s name and a link to their profile.
  • After you get a text on your mobile, make sure you are logged into your profile first on the browser and then click on the client’s profile link.

  • It will take you to the customer’s profile and you can send them a message to start a chat and it will add the customer to your chat list in your profile.

  • Now you are on chat with the customer, you can follow the steps from #1 and open Book test drive on a new tab

As a Salesperson you can log your final deal as follows:

  • If you are logging a new Deal, you will already have the client information on the Deal Sheet tab.
  • You can open the log sheet on the new tab by right-clicking on the Log My Deal button to open it in a new tab.

  • On the Log Deal tab, copy and paste in the customer information from the Deal Sheet tab

  • Once all the information has been filled in, click on the Submit button.

How do I start & submit a new deal sheet?2020-12-18T18:21:54+00:00

As a Salesperson you can start a Deal Sheet as follows:

  • You can start a new Deal Sheet while you are on chat with the customer on your chat section.
  • Open the Deal Sheet in a new tab by right-clicking on the Deal Sheet button while you continue to chat with the customer on one tab

  • On the Deal Sheet tab, fill in the customer information and then click on the Submit my offer button

  • Refresh your page and you will the offer you submitted
  • You need to add the manager to that offer so that he can be notified and provide you with a quote
  • To tag a user you need to know their username and add it to the comment section by typing @username (replace ‘username’ with user’s username)

  • Once you have notified your manager, you both can have a discussion on this deal by replying to your 1st comment.
  • Remember the customer is still on the chat with you on the other side, you can still message them, and get more information while you are having a conversation with the manager on the other tab.
  • Once you get a quote, send a message to the client with the quoted price and you can come back to the customer tab and continue the discussion.

How do I add & edit reviews on Reviews tab?2020-12-18T18:04:50+00:00

Once you are logged in, you can add, edit or remove reviews:

If you want to give a review to a Salesperson:

  • Visit that Salesperson’s profile
  • Click on the Review button,
  • Scroll down and you will see the Review section
  • To add a new review, click on the Write a review button

  • Click on the star to give your rating, add a title for your review in the Enter subject placeholder, add your review in the Enter your review section and click on the Submit Review button.

  • Your review will be added to that Salesperson’s Review section. You can Edit or Remove only the review that was added by you.
  • You can Click on Report if you find someone added an inappropriate review and the review will be reviewed by the admin.

How do I add images to my Album tab?2020-12-10T21:26:47+00:00

Once you are logged in, this is where you can create albums and add pictures to them.

Steps to follow:

  • Click on the Albums button, the page will reload
  • Scroll down and now you can see all your previous Albums
  • To add a new album click on the New Album button

  • Add  the album title, album cover and click on the Add Photos button

  • From your local computer screen select the picture you want to add, then click the Open/ Select button and Click Add

  • Then your picture was added to the album, and you can click on the album name to view the pictures.

To add pictures to an already created album, follow this:

  • Click on the album

  •  Click on the icon on the right side of the Album section & click on Edit Album.

  • Click on the Add Photos button and select the picture to upload and then click the Update button

  • Now you can see that your picture is added to the album

How do I use my Chats tab?2020-12-15T16:13:09+00:00

Once you are logged in, you can see all your chats:

Steps to follow:

  • Click on the Chats button, the page will reload
  • Scroll down and you can see all your previous chats and any new chats

  • You can click on the name of the person in your chat list and send messages.
  • On the top right side of the chatbox, you can Download or Delete a conversation. You can also block a user from sending you messages anymore.
  • To save all your chats to your computer for your record, on the bottom left side of the chatbox, you can click the Download Chat History button.
  • To start a new chat with a Salesperson for the first time, visit the Salesperson’s profile and click on the Message button on the right side of that Salesperson’s profile.

  •  If you are not logged in, you will see the Login button in place of the Message button.

  • Once you have logged in, it will redirect you back to the Salesperson’s profile page and then you can click “Start a Live Chat” to start a chat.

How do I post content in my Post tab?2020-12-18T18:16:33+00:00

When you are logged into your account you will be able to add new posts to your profile:

Steps to follow:

  • Click on the My Posts button, the page will reload
  • Scroll down and now you can see the View posts & Add posts button
  • Click on the Add post button

  • The page will reload and you can scroll down to see the Add post section
  • Click on Add Photo > select your picture for the post > Click open. You can see the picture is added.

  • You can Add a Title & text content to your post.
  • You can also add a video by pasting the youtube video link in the content section of the post and it will automatically load the video on the post once the post is published.
  • At the bottom, you need to select Everyone and click on the Publish button.

  • Once your post is published you can Edit/Delete the post

How do I update my About tab?2020-12-15T16:16:03+00:00

When you log in to your account, you will be redirected to your profile page, where you can edit your profile:

Steps to follow:

  • Click on the icon on the right side of your profile
  • Click on Edit Profile, the page will reload
  • Scroll down and you can add/edit:
  • Biography – Add something about yourself
  • Welcome to my profile –  Add a link to your intro video hosted on YouTube(simply copy the video URL/link and paste it here)
  • Similarly, add any information you’d like in the given sections
  • Add links to your social media profiles for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin
  • Lastly, click on the Update Profile button, the page will reload with the updated info.
